  • Are appointments required to visit your bridal boutique?

    Yes, we run by appointment. Having an appointment allows us to ensure that you receive our full attention, you have exclusive access to our showroom and a dedicated bridal stylist available to help you navigate our selection. Providing you with the best possible shopping experience.

  • How far in advance should I start shopping for my wedding dress??

    We recommend starting your search 8-12 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for ordering, shipping, and alterations. However, don't worry if you're on a tighter timeline – we also have a selection of off-the-rack dresses for more immediate needs.

  • Can I bring my friends and family to my appointment?

    Absolutely! We welcome your whole group to be part of this special experience. Our spacious salon can comfortably accommodate your loved ones, allowing them to share in the joy of finding your dream wedding dress. To ensure you have the best experience, we kindly request that you bring no more than 3 extra guests to your bridal appointment. If  you prefer more than 3 people, we do have a VIP package available.

  • What is the VIP Package Bridal Shopping Experience?

    The VIP experience caters to a group of 8, which includes the bride and up to seven additional guests. This special package offers a two-hour private appointment complete with glasses of bubbly. 

    The cost for this VIP experience is $100.

    Please note:

    The $200 booking deposit is non- refundable, please be 100% sure that you would like to book with us.

    If you discover your dream dress during your visit to Fifi's, that $100 will be applied towards your dress purchase.

  • What if I'm unsure about my individual style?

    Don't worry! Our experienced stylists are here to help you discover the perfect dress that reflects your individual style. We encourage you to bring inspiration photos, but we're also skilled at helping brides who are unsure about what they want. Sometimes, the dress you fall in love with might surprise you!

  • Are kids allowed?

    We also love our little ones, however, our boutique is not child proof and with fragile and expensive dresses and accessories. As children

    require a lot of care and attention, which takes away from the serene experience for our brides, we are unable to accommodate children under 12.

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

    A Bridal Consultant will assist you in changing between gowns, so please wear undergarments that you're comfortable being seen in. Remember, underwear is a must! We recommended a nude full coverage underwear.

  • Are food and drinks allowed?

    No food and drinks are allowed. Water only please.

  • Do I need an appointment for Bridal Tailoring?

    Yes, an appointment is required. We kindly ask that if you will be bringing someone, please only limit to 1 person. Thank You.

  • Is there a fee for bridal tailoring consultations?

    If you opt not to leave your dress with us following the initial consultation, a $25 fee will be applicable.


    However, if you decide to leave your dress with us, we'll happily waive the $25 fee.

  • Do you offer alterations if I didn’t buy from your store?

    YES! We accept all kinds of alterations for all garments!

  • Do I need an appointment for causal garment alterations?

    It’s best to make an appointment so that you do not have to wait.
